Minecraft will be realesed in under three weeks. You should buy it now if you haven't yet, the price is going to shoot upwards, punch a hole in the atmosphere and blow up the moon.

Blogger's new interface

The new interface has me confused. Probally because I'm not all that used to change (I'm still playing the original simcity!) But there is too much clicky clicky to makey makey posty posty.

Batch Basics

Batch is a very basic programming language
To save something as a batch end it in .bat

ARGH MY BRAIN IS MELTING. The yogscast go off to stoneholm and are kicked out because there is a plauge (although dwarves are immune) although they find a way in and find out t was not a plauge and then somethin happens and then there is digging THE END

Sooo Much

I shall start blogging again. I haven't been able to recently due to pre-realeses, holidays and playing tf2. So much stuff

Sorry I haven't been updating recently, 1.8 has come out :). Please could you test my game and give me some feedback about it.I'll post a link soon.

Steamcraft wikia needs to be developed a bit.

Probably my favorite minecraft mod is steamcraft, a mod that adds a heap of steampunky stuff to minecraft such as copper wires, Phosphate, lanterns, drills, obsidian tools, reactors, steam powered stuff and more. The wiki needs to have a bit more written on it so I was wondering if you could add a few things to it, only if you have downloaded the mod of course. I haven't been posting much as recently since I have been focousing more on my youtube. BYE!!!

Re: Minecraft Beta 1.8

some new news has come out about the beta 1.8 update for minecraft.
Firstly the new mob has been revealed: Enderman
This mob will be peaceful, placing blocks, until you look directly at him. If you do he will glare back and freeze. If you look away he will quickly teleport towards you followed by him killing you.
Farming pumpkins and MELONS will come out aswell
There may be stone bricks adn moss may spread.

Shadow of Israphel 30: Ghost in the shell.

Our heroes have colleted all 4 thing (even though they only need one but 4 looked cooler) and entered the hatch to the control room and discover why israphel wanted skyhold as his base. Simon puts a telvoision on his head and magic begins as they lead themselves to the turtle and find the 4th map fragment and leave onto thier next adventure

shadow of israphel 29: the cage

in this episode the yogscast go to the carnival once again to find madame nubescu and find a note which probally wasn't put up by her saying "I killed dem skylords". when they find her they find Um_Bongo trapped in a cage and says that skylord_vitali killed all the sklords and saw him by the "apple tree". The yogscast dig underneath the apple tree and find blood and other horrid things eventually finding skylord vitali as a vampire. they kill him with sticks and another graphc death happens leading onto the next episode

In this episode our heroes go through a labyrinth of fire and a maze of ice to find two "keys" on order of skylord_baako (the man who died very graphically on the last episode)

Minecraft Beta 1.8: what we know

"Most of the basics of the game engine is in place, so it’s time to flesh this game out into something more gamey. More content, more exploration, more things to do, and interesting combat! Once this update is out, there will only some tweaks, optimizations and code cleanups left to the core game before we can call it a full release.
We’ve got a list of some 40+ things we want to add to the game, some small, some big. Some huge. We’ve finished a fair number of the items, but there’s still a significant amount of work left. While I can’t reveal the date yet for various reasons, we do have a release date for the Adventure Update in mind, and we’re hoping we’ll be able to hit it.
Jens and I are keeping the exact contents of the update secret, but we do leak some information every now and then to keep people interested and to stop us from going insane. For the most immediate spoilers, you can follow us on Twitter (@notch and @jeb_), or on Google+ (+Markus Persson and +Jens Bergensten).
Here are a few of the things we’ve revealed so far:

• NPC villages
• Randomly generated dungeons
• New biome code

Some other things have been found such as the skin for the silverfish(the insect not the fish)
Some people think that the in game silverfish will eat through wood and paper (such as IRL)

Yogscast:BEES!

A mod spotlight involving the amazopack mod In which simon plays with his bees. Simon also shows some other thing in the mod pack such as flax and wax. In the matter of bees, simon holds a bee and puts it a box and covers it with flowers in hopes it will make him some delicious honey.

Yogscast: Prof. Grizwald and the redstone keys

In this custom map Lewis (Xephos) and Simon (Honeydew) embark on an adventure tofind the redstone keys in order to open a door to a diamond mine. SPOILER. In episode 1 our heroes venture down an active volcano with LOTS of TNT in order to find the first redstone key. In episode 2 Simon has fun with his TNT and lever, along with the Yogscast finding a very big tree with arrows flying from side to side. This episode ends with the Yogscast finding a nice 'park' in the centre of the huge tree. In episode 3 The YoGscast enter a passage underneath the tree and find the second redstone key, this episode ends with simon and lewis finding a 'lake' and sailing away to the next episode. In episode 4 the Yogscast Arrive in an underground cave system with odd sums written on the wall, once they have solved all of the sums they receive the third redstone key which opens he door. in episode 5 Simon and Lewis find out that the trails were actually training. The actual trials have begun whih involves rollercoaster and caves. In episode six all of the traing and trails have come down to opening one last door to the DIAMOND MINE.

Hydrogen is not edibal as a solid, your mouth will freeze and become brittle. Hydrogen does not like Mr. Neutron because you can never tell wether he is feeling positive or negative. So Mr. hydrogen decides not to invite Mr, Neutron. Mr. Neutron is sad since he gets to be in only 117 elements while Mr. Proton and Mr. Electron 118. Mr. Neutron is, however, friends with Nobel Mr. Helium to show off to Mr. Hydrogen. Mr. Hydrogen makes up alot of space in space. He makes lovely nebulas. All Mr. Helium is known for is being in silicon based bubbles called Helium Baloons and making your voice go all high and squeaky.

Minecraft Beta 1.7 is out

At long last Minecraft Beta 1.7(.2) is out with shiny new pistons and shears.
Pistons can push blocks and sticky pistons can Push AND PULL (Golly I feel so privleged)
shears can be used to require leaf blocks and more wool from sheep (Without them being hurt)
